3. Hold your baby in your arms or lay on flat surface and gently hold the head from moving. Insert the tip slightly into the baby’s nose pointing the tip in the direction of the mucus while the bottom of the aspirator is still pushed in. Release thumb to create suction. Repeat steps until nasal passage is clear.

Tip: block the opposite nostril while suctioning.

Twist apart the aspirator at the center and boil a pot of water then drop the two half pieces into the pot.

Remove the nasal aspirator pieces from the pot and rinse off with cool water. Lay the pieces flat to air dry and when they are dry reassemble your Cleanable nasal aspirator.
